In addition to nutrition counseling and mentoring, I provide independent consulting and contract services to academic, corporate, non-profit and private sector organizations. “Having worked with Lauren on a large epidemiologic research project, I can attest to her valuable contributions as a team member. She brings years of experience as a dietician working with vulnerable populations, as a research assistant collecting dietary data with culturally diverse populations and as an independent research investigator. I have always been impressed with Lauren’s ability to comprehend the forest and to understand important details about the trees. Her subsequent postdoctoral work in community-based interventions has even further expanded her understanding of the design and implementation of research for true public health impact.”
