I am devoted to mentoring and teaching. I currently work as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Florida where I teach Basic Nutrition, Life Span and Community Nutrition courses. I believe in advocating for social justice and diversity, healing weight stigma and educating future dietitians and other healthcare professionals to do the same. As a mentor, I support mentees in learning and practicing professional boundaries that support their mental health and quality of life.
